Everest College in Thornton

Staff members at the Thornton campus of Everest College take pride in offering an excellent education in the Denver and Thornton, Colo., communities. Our programs are relevant, modern, and challenging. They provide the competencies necessary for pursuing a career and help you develop an understanding and appreciation for life.

The Thornton campus specializes in short-term career training designed to help students grasp vital concepts quickly and easily. Through use of effective hands-on training, dedicated professional instructors share valuable real-world experience with students. With small work teams and group discussions, students will get more out of their education.

Graduates of Everest College receive job development assistance to help ensure a successful career. They have a strong network of employers who know the value of our graduates. We'll connect you with job listings, and help fine-tune your resume and interviewing techniques.

The school's focus on its medical and allied health care programs, including its Surgical Technologist program awarding an Associate of Applied Science degree, is just an example of the quality health care training available.

Health care may be the focus, but there is something for every student at the Thornton campus with its business and legal program offerings.

Additionally, the Thornton campus is host to a variety of campus activities including student appreciation events every quarter featuring a barbecue, as well as special events for students and faculty.

Ask to speak to one of our student service coordinators is you have any questions. Additionally, Everest Cares Student Helpline is a great resource for the students. Transportation

The school is located near several major highways and bus lines. Students are also encouraged to contact us and inquire about carpool or rideshare programs that may be available. We offer the following:

Parking

Everest College's Thornton campus has parking close to the school's entrance at no cost.

Security

Having a safe and supportive school environment is important to our students. We provide campus security and a patrolled campus parking lot. The campus also has adequate lighting and security cameras at various locations. We provide the following:

Campus security on school days
- From 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- From 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Security guard patrolled campus parking lot

Directions

Directions from Interstate 25: From I-25 north, exit 84th Avenue or Thornton Parkway (east) and turn right onto Grant Street (south). From I-25 south, exit at Thornton Parkway (east) and turn right onto Grant Street (south). Everest is located at 9065 on the west side of the street.
