Everest College in Melrose Park carries on the tradition of making sure students get exposed to the quality educational and support systems that can changes lives.
We accomplish this by giving students access to a highly interactive hands-on learning environment that is staffed with instructors who teach subject matter from real-life experiences and first-hand knowledge.
Our goal is to make sure that students, upon graduation, have all the necessary tools and skills in place to hit the ground running when it comes time to look for entry-level employment in their field of study.
Enhancing our students’ lives is a top priority at the Melrose Park campus, but the mission does not stop there. Reaching out to the community and getting involved in a positive way helps to benefit everyone.

Student Ambassador Program
The Student Ambassador Program is all about students helping assist and motivate other students while giving back to the community .
Student Ambassadors contribute by:
- Providing mentoring for newly enrolled students or students experiencing challenges in class.
- Helping to organize campus events
- Helping to raise needed money for community relief efforts
- And more...
Through the Ambassador program, students who maintain a good GPA are recognized and rewarded for a job well done.
Community Outreach Efforts
The Melrose Park campus looks to benefit the community in an ongoing basis by being involved in outreach efforts such as community blood drives, financial literacy seminars, clothing drives, food drives and toy drives.
Campus Resources
Everest provides a number of resources to help our students achieve their educational dreams. Our students have access to the library and its resources, and study groups or individual tutoring are also available as needed. We provide the following:
- Library facilities open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Study groups available

- Bookstore with available supplies open:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Everest provides on-site parking at no cost for students, and the Melrose Park area has a number of public transit options* for those not wanting to drive.

Security
Having a safe supportive environment is critical to each student's success. The Melrose Park campus provides on-site security at peak student hours in the morning and evening. Our parking lot is also patrolled as an added measure of security. We provide:

- From 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
