Everest Institute in Marietta
Everest Institute in Marietta, formerly Georgia Medical Institute, offers men and women from all walks of life the opportunity to train for a career and develop skills that can be leveraged for a lifetime.
Partnering with the community, along with providing students a quality education, is a commitment to excellence made by the professional staff at the Marietta campus. We also encourage our students to get involved in helping other less fortunate people in their community.
"Changing Students' Lives" is more than just a slogan at Everest Institute in Marietta. We work to give our students the best education possible by providing the following:
- Hands-on Training – We think students learn better by actually getting hands-on training, rather than just sitting in a lecture room. So our classes are designed to get students involved. They get a chance to develop new skills by practicing in a real-world learning environment.
- Dedicated Instructors with Real-World Experience – Our instructors are professionals in their fields, and impart practical advice to students in each subject area – based on the instructor's real-world experiences. Qualified Instructors make subjects come alive through inspirational class discussions and innovative classroom projects.
- Small Work Teams – Our students work in small work teams that helps encourage stimulating group discussion. When classes are divided into small work teams it allows instructors to give more specialized attention to each group. This teaching method allows instructors to move throughout the room and work with groups and students one-on-one as needed.
- Career Placement Services – Our Career Services team is dedicated to helping students prepare for a new career by helping them write strong resumes, rehearse effective interviewing techniques and find creative ways of managing challenging business situations likely to be encountered at some time in the career.
